Why I Became a Certified Health Coach
& Functional Health Practitioner
I spent years chasing answers—and getting nowhere.
Like so many others, I tried everything: doctors, diets, supplements, endless modalities… and still didn’t feel right. That frustration sent me down a different path—one rooted in Cellular Medicine, Circadian Biology, and Functional Medicine/Nutrition.
When my mother was diagnosed with cancer, I saw firsthand the limitations of conventional care—and the profound difference an integrative approach can make. That experience, combined with my own healing journey, shifted everything.
I became obsessed with understanding how the body really works—how light, food, environment, and, maybe most importantly, our thoughts shape our biology. I learned that healing isn’t about chasing symptoms.
It’s about giving the body what it needs
so it can do what it was built to do.
Once I saw the truth, I couldn’t look away.
